Tips from a Mythic: Choose the best Item builds

Many players in Mobile Legends do not know about the advantages of item builds. They just select the featured builds for the certain hero in the game. But only a few knows that there is a large difference when they have their own techniques in setting up the items during game play. In taking part of a match, the player must have enough item sets to be stronger and win more game matches.


So if you are wondering what these techniques are, this article is just for you! For beginners, the game has recommended items wherein players can choose from a wide set of item builds, ranked in different categories such as top players, featured, and hottest builds. But the categories don’t immediately mean that it is a sure win. The most important thing in item building is that every player must know, familiarize and practice the selected items during the game. The player may select VS A.I or classic mode to practice. By that, the player will be able to master the items that will suit every hero. In Mobile Legends, the player must just know what role he is good at, so that he could master his main heroes in the game.

Let us start with every role’s builds.

1) Support- First item is Roam Item. In Mobile Legends, they call it as a mask. This one is the most important item for support roles, for this makes them stronger than any other heroes without a mask. This item delays the support hero’s experience in the game, so that its teammate’s level of experience will speed up more. Next is boots, for the movement speed of the heroes. You should depend on the enemy's build in choosing boots that you wish to use. Do not forget to check the item builds of the enemy in choosing the best boots; check if the item fits the hero you used to defeat the enemies. If your enemies use magic damage. You need to use a magic resistance item, to increase the level of defense for your hero. After building the boots, the player needs to upgrade the mask. There are three types of mask. For speed, invisibility and stun. After that, choosing the armor item is the best pick, so that the hero will not be easily killed. Lastly, an attack item is also recommended to add damage effect even as a support player.

2) Tank- There is a similarity between the tank hero items with the support hero items. The roam item is also important for tank heroes. After choosing the roam item, focus only to its defense so that it will sustain in every clash in the battlefield. In setting the items, depend on the enemy’s item set. The most important item in tank heroes is the immortality item, this gives tank heroes another chance of survival as this item revives a hero after getting killed in the game.

3) Semi carry Roles- Referred to as fighters, these heroes could play solo in lanes. With regards to items, fighters may buy boots so that the movement speed will increase. For farming, the heroes must get the jungle items while waiting for the next wave of clearing lanes, this increases damage to neutral creeps that are at the jungle spots in Mobile Legends, besides that, farming gives more experience to speed up the level of the hero. Check description of every item to make your own techniques. It is important to build a damage item before defense item for the semi-carry roles to  ustain the hero in every fight.

4) Carry- these heroes are the mages, marksmen and assassins the team expects most damage from them in Mobile Legends. The first item that should be used is a jungle item, this item is immediately used so that experience and level in the game will increase faster. Always partner it with a boots for movement speed, if the hero used. The equipment should also have immortality item to revive when killed and sustain the hero in every match. You can also focus on damage items so that your critical damages to enemy heroes will increase.
